Introducing the FRF Workout App (via TrainHeroic)
Its Finally here! The FRF Workout App. This is the best workout App for firefighters, EMTs and medics.
You spoke and we listened... Thousands of firefighters, EMTs and medics have been using FRF workouts the past 5 years. The results these first responders have achieved is motivating and speaks for the effectiveness of the FRF programs (see below). The feedback we get from these responders is also highly positive. But, there is one aspect of the program that we found we could improve. And, that is to provide a way to record workouts and track progress via an app.......

Do you have to buy the new workout or will a previous purchase get you access to the app
Hey Michael, right now the app is only available with the new Challenge workouts. Those that have previously purchased a FRF workout were emailed a code for a huge discount. Check your email. If you didn’t get it, send me a message.

Hello David, thanks for reaching out. The FRF Workout app has been very helpful and is getting some great positive feedback. Right now I am offering the app with the Fit for Duty Challenge Workout programs, You get the workout, eating guide, recipes, and the access to the workout app. You also get a chance to win some great swag and prizes.
