FRF is Challenging First Responders to GET BETTER EVERY SHIFT in 2023

Make the commitment to improve your health and your performance as a first responder.  Purchase and/or start any FRF workout program and earn an FRF Better Every Shift Challenge Coin and a chance to win prizes (see program details).

1.  Purchase and Start Your FRF Workout Program

Any person that purchases any FRF Workout Program from January 1st to March 15th, 2023 is automatically entered into the Challenge.  Current members already following a program can use their discount code to purchase a program or click here.

2.  Follow the Program

Follow your program and start making progress.  Every FRF program includes PDF manuals, exercise tutorials and videos, a training calendar, workouts, and access to our FRF training app.   And each entry will receive nutrition tips, eating guides, and meal/ snack options and recipes.

This Challenge will keep you motivated with weekly coaching emails and access to our FRF Workout Crew private group.  You get direct access to the author (Aaron Zamzow) and other first responders like you that are using FRF.  The FRF Workout Crew will help you stay motivated with inside challenges and posts to keep you going.

3. EARN your Coin and Win Prizes

Please read this completely!  You must earn your FRF Challenge coin.  In order to get your coin you MUST send a progress email to Zam at week #4 of your program.  After we receive your email, we will send you the coin.  Small progress is still progress, I want to know how you are using FRF to get Better Every Shift.

Then, when you complete your program, email me your results (pictures, progress numbers, and how you used the program to be "better."  You must complete your program by April 15th and send in results by April 22nd.
